These collars are identical to our standard Tally-Go Quick Release Collar System (QRCS) except the leash portion is 12 inches long including the handle to the collar (neck of the dog). These collars work well for all dogs, handlers can be closer to their dog using this 12 inch leash system. For small dogs, the handler may have  to lean over or kneel next to the dog. The leash colors shown in the photos are available  as well as any colors listed for out standard 27 inch leash collar system. When ordering a collar pad, the size of the pad fits a range of neck sizes. We usually recommend the pad size to be  3" smaller than the dogs neck size. You can order a lager size if you feel that your dog needs more protection on the neck, a 9 inch collar Pad will fit a neck that is 9 inches but it provides full coverage.
