This neoprene cover is designed to hold the Pete Richard's Squawker. The handles can be used to tug with or they can be used to tie squawker inside the lure cover. The velcro strap is used to secure the squawker inside of neoprene cover so that it does not collapse into the cover. The velcro should be tightend aroung the hard neck of the sqauwker when installed properly. If dragging the lure it is best to tuck the tug handles inside of the cover. Color of the neoprene cover may vary but usually the colors are either red or orange.
